  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and PayPal. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We provide transportation services daily from 6 AM to 12 AM. After-hour services require reservations
  • Can I schedule sightseeing tours or special trips in advance?
    Yes, we offer customized sightseeing tours and special trips. Please contact us to arrange a tour or special trip that meets your needs.
  • What services does East End Taxi Operations Inc. offer?
    We offer various transportation services, including private, airport, cruise ship, hotel pick-ups, sightseeing tours, shopping, and beach trips. We also provide limousine services.
  • Can I request late-night transportation?
    Yes, we offer late-night services. However, all requests must be made during our operating hours (6 AM - Midnight). Please note that the final call for pick-ups is at 11 PM.
  • Do you provide transportation for cruise ship passengers?
    Yes, we offer both private and regular transportation for cruise ship passengers. Private pick-ups from Havensight or Crown Bay cost $120 and $135 respectively for minimum of 5 passengers, with an additional charge for extra passengers. Regular pick-ups are $18 per person from Havensight and $19 per person from Crown Bay (minimum 2 passengers).
  • Do you offer group rates for larger parties?
    Yes, for groups of 10 or more passengers, please contact us directly for special group rates.
  • How can I book a ride with East End Taxi?
    You can book a ride by calling us at (340) 775-6974 or by sending an email to eastendtaxi.vi@gmail.com. You can also fill out the contact form on our website for inquiries or to arrange transportation.
  • How far in advance should I book my ride?
    We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability and a smooth scheduling process
  • How much does transportation from the airport to Red Hook or a hotel cost?
    Private transportation from the Airport to Redhook or any hotel/resort on the eastern end of St. Thomas is $135.00 for 1-4 passengers, and there is an extra charge of $25 for each additional passenger. Shared Airport pickup to Redhook or any hotels on the island's eastern end, 1-2 passengers $80.00, 3-4 passengers $30.00 each, 4-10 passengers $25.00 each. Private Airport to Charlotte Amalie, 1-4 passengers 83.00, additional $18.00 each. Shared Airport to Charlotte Amalie, 1-4 passengers $60.00, 3-4 passengers $20.00 each, 5-10 passengers $18.00 each. We also provide private round-trip packages at more excellent deals
  • Do I need to pay in full when booking transportation?
    Yes, all transportation bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your ride.
